Carb needle shimming

Postby Stonefly » Fri Sep 18, 2015 8:36 pm

Hi all, I am going to shim the needles on my 2005 C2H. Looking at the manual is not helping much. Where exactly do the shims go? I want know before I start pulling things apart.
Cheers.

Tops off the carbs, remove the spring, spring seat and needle. Shim goes on the needle, under the clip at the top, to effectively raise the needle a little, to richen the mixture.
